JOURNEY TOWARD HEALING & HOPE
We know how much it hurts and we want to help.
Walk-ins are welcome during any week of this program.
GriefShare is a 13-week program designed to provide adults who are stuggling with the loss of a loved one, with the kind of support that can help them go from hurting to healing. It views death from a Christian perspective, but since the experience of grieving is universal, people of all faiths (or no faith), can benefit from participation in one of its groups.
Topics include how to manage grief-related emotions such as loneliness, anxiety, sadness, anger, and regret; how to cope with the changes in your life and relationships; how to recognize what’s normal in grief; and what to do if you feel stuck or hopeless.
